- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
- 1 tbsp regular soy sauce

- 1 cup chicken broth or water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch, dissolved in 2 tbsp water (slurry)

Instructions:
- Prepare the Chicken:
